Privacy Notice

Natasha Weller is responsible for data protection for FutureProsper. Data is only processed and stored for core business processes.

Client and prospective client data shared via email / website / social media contact is held and processed by FutureProsper under the lawful basis of legitimate interests. The data held is likely to include client name, email address and phone number which will be used for communication, quote and invoice production and coaching agreement production.

Any notes taken during discovery call and coaching sessions will be stored digitally in a non-identifiable manner and deleted after 2 years and not shared nor used for any other purpose outside of your coaching. Any client documents received such as CVs, Cover Letters, Application Forms will be stored digitally and deleted after 3 months, and not shared nor used for any other purpose outside of your coaching.

For tax purposes, the law required us to keep basic information about our clients (including identity, contact and payment information as well as information on the coaching agreements entered into with clients) for 6 years after they stop being customers.

MailerLite is used to manage an email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to subscribers. Mailerlite is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help monitor and improve the newsletter.
